摘要
对锥阀阻尼独立调压装置进行了动态特性的实验研究。结果表明:锥阀在加入独立阻尼调压装置后,可以达到更好的动态性能,能够降低压力超调,并且不会影响响应时间。在实验的基础上,对油液含气量,阻尼孔形式,锥阀泄漏进行了研究,改进了调压装置的结构。
The dynamic characteristics of the independent damping pressure regulating device are obtained. The re-suhs show that the cone valve equipped the independent damping pressure regulating device can reach a better dy-namic performance of reducing the pressure overshoot and not affecting the response time. On the basis of experi-merit, we take a further simulation optimization to improve the structure of the independent damping pressure regu-lating device.
