摘要
针对某型塔式起重机双缸顶升液压系统降节不同步故障,借助系统工作原理和故障树技术确定了2个液控单向阀参数匹配不当是故障主要原因,据此对原系统进行改进。实际运行结果表明,改进后的系统完全能够满足塔机双缸顶升和降节的技术性能要求。
To solve unsynchronized decline of the double cylinder lifting hydraulic system of a certain type of tower crane, the main reason for the flaw is the improper parameter matching of two hydraulic controlled check valves, according to the working principle of the system and the fault tree techniques. The actual operation shows that the improved system can completely meet the requirements of technical performance of tower crane in the double cylin- der lifting and dropping.
