根据Accumulator Simulation Program对蓄能器工作状态模拟结果,对用于加热炉装出料系统的三自由度全自动控制液压机械手,液压系统进行优化设计,结合结构组成,对液压原理进行了详细介绍,通过改进设计,使该系统的装机容量得到降低,适应了当今绿色发展的要求。
According to the results of the accumulator state simulation by Accumulator Simulation Program, we opti- mize the design for the full-hydraulic charging-discharging system with 3 degrees of freedom for the reheating fur- nace. The hydraulic principle is introduced with the structure in detail. It makes the system' s installed capacity re- duced by the optimization design.
