摘要
目前绿色建筑商业地产项目成本控制的研究较少,主要问题在于对于商业项目关于绿色建筑的成本效益评价标准较为模糊,从决策及设计阶段开始的管理核心目标缺失是造成这一问题的主因。论文创造性地基于绿色建筑商业地产项目的特定运营周期阐述了较为完整的绿色建筑商业地产项目成本控制要点;同时,运用项目治理理论建立了特定周期内绿色建筑商业地产项目成本效益绩效评价标准和核心目标。
Green buildings cost of commercial real estate research projects currently less control, the main problem is that green buildings for commercial projects on the cost-effectiveness evaluation criteria is more vague, missing from the core objective of the management decision-making and design phase is the primary cause of this problem. In this paper, based on the creativity of the specific operating cycle of green building commercial real estate projects elaborated more complete green building commercial real estate project cost control points; while the use ofproj ect management theory within a specific period established green building commercial real estate projects in a cost-effective performance evaluation standards and core objectives.
