电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定生活饮用水中的多种元素 被引量:19

Simultaneous determination of multiple elements in drinking water by ICP-MS

摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定生活饮用水中铁、锰、铜、锌、铅、镉、铝、镍、砷、硒10种元素的方法。方法直接分析生活饮用水,优化电感耦合等离子体质谱仪的工作参数,以6Li、45Sc、72Ge、115In、209Bi作为内标元素,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行测定。结果通过对仪器各项参数进行优化,有效克服了各种干扰的影响,方法的精密度、线性范围及回归系数等各项指标均符合标准要求,方法的检出限为0.008μg/L^0.6μg/L,其加标回收率为98.1%~102.3%,重复测定的RSD≤4.2%。结论该方法可用于多种元素的同时测定,快速、准确,灵敏度高,有良好的重现性及稳定性,可用于生活饮用水中多种元素的测定。 Objective To establish the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS) method for simultaneous determination of iron,manganese,copper,zinc,lead,cadmium,aluminum,nickel,arsenic and selenium in drinking water.Methods To directly analyze drinking water,optimize the working parameters,with6 Li,45Sc,72 Ge,115In,209 Bi as internal standard elements,and determine the content of the tested metal elements. Results The instrument parameters were optimized to effectively overcome various disturbances,and the method indicators,such as the precision,the linear range as well as the regression coefficients,were consistent with the standards. The detection limit of the method was 0. 008 μg / L-0. 6 μg / L,the recovery was found to be in the range of 98. 1%-102. 3%,and the relative standard deviation( RSD) was less than or equal to4. 2%. Conclusion The method can be applied to simultaneous determination of the above elements in drinking water samples,it is rapid,sensitive,accurate,reliable,and easy to operate,with wide linear range.
