摘要
目的本文建立了一种微乳液电动色谱法测定苹果汁中展青霉素的新方法。方法苹果汁样品通过乙酸乙酯萃取后,以质量浓度分别为6.5%、2.2%的乙醇和十二烷基硫酸钠做为表面活性剂,以体积分数为2.0%的乙腈做为稳定剂,在优化的微乳液电动色谱条件下,测定样品中展青霉素的含量。结果展青霉素的峰高与浓度在7.2μg/L^800μg/L呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.997,检出限为3.5μg/L。日内和日间平均加标回收率分别为72.0%、77.3%,相对标准偏差分别低于5.3%和4.1%。结论该方法有望用于苹果汁样品中展青霉素含量的常规检测。
Objective To establish a microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography( MEC) method for detecting patulin( PAT)in apple juice. Methods After extracting apple juices by ethyl acetate,the concentrations of PAT were determined by the optimum microemulsion conditions,which use 6. 5%( w / w) ethanol and 2. 2%( w / w) SDS as co-surfactant,and 2. 0%( V / V)acetonitrile as stabilizer. Results The good linearity was observed in the range of 7. 2 μg / L-800 μg / L with the correlation coefficient of 0. 997,and the limit of detection( LOD) in apple juice samples was lower than 3. 5 μg / L. The spiked recoveries of in-and between-day were 72. 0% and 77. 3%,with the relative standard deviations of 5. 3% and 4. 1%,respectively.Conclusion The method can be used for routine detection of patulin in apple juice samples.
