免疫荧光层析试纸条法检测食用油中的黄曲霉毒素B_1 被引量:19

An immunofluorescence chromatographic test method for detection of aflatoxin B_1 in edible oil

摘要 目的建立快速检测食用油中黄曲霉毒素B1的免疫荧光层析试纸条法,用于鉴别正规的食用油和地沟油。方法应用自行研制的免疫荧光层析试纸条,对20份检验合格的食用油样本和10份地沟油样本进行免疫荧光试纸条法检测,同时采用液相色谱串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)法作比较;采用含黄曲霉毒素B2、黄曲霉毒素G1、黄曲霉毒素G2、黄曲霉毒素M1、黄曲霉毒素M2、黄曲霉毒醇、黄曲霉毒素Q1的模拟样本进行特异性检测。结果本免疫荧光层析试纸条法的检测下限为5μg/L;20份检验合格的食用油样本均未检出黄曲霉毒素B1,10份地沟油中有8份检出含有黄曲霉毒素B1,荧光免疫层析试纸条法和LC-MS/MS法具有高度的相关性,r>0.950 0;对于其他的黄曲霉毒素具有高度特异性。结论用免疫荧光层析试纸条法检测地沟油中黄曲霉毒素B1是可行的。 Objective To set up a method of immunofluorescence chromatographic test method to detect aflatoxin B1 in edible oil. Methods 20 qualified edible oil and 10 illegal oil were detected with the immunofluorescence chromatographic test paper and the results were compared with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method( LC-MS / MS). An specific detection had performed in simulated samples mixed with aflatoxin B2,aflatoxin G1,aflatoxin G2,aflatoxin M1,aflatoxin M2,aspergillus toxin alcohol and aflatoxin Q1. Results The minimum limit of the method was less than 5 μg / L. Aflatoxin B1 was not detected in 20 qualified edible oil,but 8 sampels were detected in 10 illegal edible oil. The correlation coefficient of LC-MS /MS with the method was greater than 0. 950 0. Conclusion The detection method is a useful to detect aflatoxin B1 in edible oil.
