温州地区女性人乳头状瘤病毒感染基因型分析 被引量:6

Analysis of genotype of female human papillomavirus infection

摘要 目的了解温州地区女性人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)各基因型感染的分布情况,为温州地区HPV分子流行病学研究提供依据。方法采用DNA杂交技术检测7 077例妇科门诊就诊的成年女性下生殖道HPV,并对HPV感染情况及型别分布进行分析。结果 7 077例中共检出21种亚型,总感染率(感染亚型≥1种)为24.09%(1 705/7 077),其中确定高危型20.42%(1 445/7 077);可能高危型4.18%(296/7 077);确定低危型9.11%(645/7 077)。高危型以HPV16型、HPV52型、HPV58型为优势型别;低危型以HPV43型为优势型别。HPV感染分别以≤25岁组和56岁~65岁组阳性检出率高。各年龄组以单一感染为主,其次为双重感染,但≤25岁组多重感染较高。结论本研究提供了21种HPV基因型在温州地区的分子流行病学资料,对该地区疫苗开发、应用具有重要价值,为临床防治宫颈癌提供可靠的科学依据。 Objective To investigate the type-specific prevalence and distribution of human papillomavirus( HPV) in Wenzhou and provide reference for HPV molecular epidemiological study. Methods By DNA hybridization technique,HPV genotypes in 7 077 cases were analyzed,infection station and HPV genotypes distribution were analyzed as well. Results 21 subtypes of HPV were detected,total infection rate was 24. 09%(1 705 /7 077). Infection rate for established high-risk type,probably high-risk type and established low-risk type was 20. 42%( 1 445 /7 077),4. 18%( 296 /7 077),and 9. 11%(645 /7 077),respectively. Subtype HPV16,HPV52 and HPV58 were chief subtypes in high-risk group and subtype 43 was predominant in low-risk group. Among different age groups,HPV infection rates of ≤25 years and 56-65 years were the highest. In each age group,single infection was the chief infection type,followed by double infection,except for the group of ≤25 years,in which multiple infection rate was higher than double infection rate. Conclusion Molecular epidemiological reference of 21 HPV genotypes in Wenzhou was provided by this study,which is valuable for vaccine development and application in this district and it can also provide reliable scientific evidence for prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
