仙人掌多糖对动脉粥样硬化大鼠HDL的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究仙人掌多糖(Opuntia dillenii Haw polysaccharide,OPS)对动脉粥样硬化大鼠体重及高密度脂蛋白(High density lipoprotein,HDL)的影响,探讨仙人掌多糖治疗动脉粥样硬化的机制。方法利用高脂高钙饮食构建大鼠动脉粥样硬化模型30天后,开始同时给与仙人掌多糖腹腔注射,低剂量为0.2g/kg·d,高剂量为0.4g/kg·d,连续治疗60天。治疗结束后称重、采集血液,利用全自动生化分析仪检测大鼠血浆HDL的含量。结果低、高剂量仙人掌多糖治疗后,大鼠体重增加百分比较模型对照组明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),但低剂量组与正常对照组之间仍存在显著统计学差异(P<0.01);高剂量组仙人掌多糖组大鼠血浆HDL含量较模型组显著增高(P值均<0.01),但低剂量仙人掌多糖组血浆HDL与模型组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论仙人掌多糖可抑制动脉粥样硬化大鼠体重增加,可升高动脉粥样硬化大鼠血浆HDL含量,后者为仙人掌多糖治疗动脉粥样硬化的机制之一。 Objective We aimed to investigate the effects of Opuntia polysaccharide ( OPS) on the body weights (BW) and high density lipoprotein (HDL) of atherosclerosis(AS)rats.Methods Thirty days after AS rats model were established by high-fat and high-calcium diet, the rats were simultaneously treated with OPS (0.2/kg /d of low dosage or 0.4/kg /d of high dosage) by intraperitoneal injection for 60 days continuously. At the end of experiment, BW was measured and blood of rats was collected.Then plasma levels of HDL of rats were determined using whole automatic biochemical analyzer.Results After the treatment with low or high dosages of OPS the percentages of increased BW of the rats were markedly decreased compared with that in the model group (P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01), but significant differences still existed between the group of low dosages of OPS and normal group in this prospect (P〈 0.01).Plasma content of HDL was significantly increased by the treatment of high dosages of OPS compared with that in the model group ( P 〈 0.01), but no significant differences appeared between the group of low dosages of OPS and model group ( P〉 0.05) .Conclusions OPS can markedly inhibit the increase of BW and increase the amounts of HDL of AS rats , the latter effect of OPS may serve as one of the mechanisms of its anti-atherosclerosis effect.
