匹多莫德片对中老年二期梅毒患者的辅助疗效分析

目的观察匹多莫德片辅助治疗中老年二期梅毒患者对其血清TRUST滴度的影响情况,探讨免疫调节剂在中老年二期梅毒临床治疗中的实际意义。方法将确诊的40例中老年二期梅毒患者分为治疗组(苄星青霉素钠+匹多莫德片)与对照组(苄星青霉素钠),观察两组患者的血清学变化情况。结果匹多莫德片辅助治疗3个月后治疗组TRUST滴度下降幅度以及血清显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而在其它随访时间内两组差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。另外,随访至2年时治疗组的TRUST滴度转阴率为80.95%(17/21),而对照组为57.89%(11/19)。结论匹多莫德片辅助治疗中老年二期梅毒能加快血清TRUST滴度下降速度,对提高TRUST滴度的转阴率有一定的帮助。

Objective To observe the effect of Pidotimod tablets on the serum TRUST titer in middle-aged patients with secondary syphilis.Methods The 40 confirmed cases of middle-aged patients with secondary syphilis were divided into two groups, benzathine penicillin G sodium was used in the control group while pidotimod tablets plus benzathine penicillin G sodium was used in the treatment group.TRUST titers between the two groups were compared.Results In comparison to Benzathine penicillin G sodium alone, pidotimod tablets plus benzathine penicillin G sodium significantly improved TRUST titers and the serum effective rates after first 3-months treatment（P〈 0.05）, Afterward, there were no differences between the two groups（P〉 0.05）.After the two-year follow-up, the serological cure rates in the treatment group and control group were 80.95%（17/21） and 57.89%（11/19） respectively.Conclusions Pidotimod tablets adjuvant therapy can accelerate the reduction of TRUST titer in middle-aged patients with secondary syphilis and may improve the TRUST titer negative rate.
