股骨髁锁定钢板治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折临床观察

Clinical observation on femoral condyle fractures distal femoral locking plate

目的探讨股骨远端粉碎性骨折应用股骨髁锁定钢板治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院2010年6月至2014年6月收治的股骨远端粉碎性骨折患者100例,根据入院顺序随机分成对照组与观察组各50例。对照组患者给予逆行交锁髓内钉治疗,观察组患者应用股骨髁锁定钢板予以治疗。比较两组患者的手术有关指标、治疗疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果手术治疗后,观察组患者的骨折愈合时间以及手术平均出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床治疗疗效显著优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论股骨远端粉碎性骨折应用股骨髁锁定钢板治疗具有较高的应用价值,能显著提高治疗效果,改善膝关节的功能,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of distal femoral fractures of the femoral condyle application locking plate treatment.Methods Hospital of the distal femur in June 2010—2014 June fractures treated 100 patients, according to the order of admission were randomly divided into control group and 50 patients in the observation group.In the control group were treated with retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail treatment, patients in the observation group femoral condyle locking plate to be treated.Comparison of the two groups of patients with surgery-related indicators, treatment efficacy and adverse events.Results After surgery, patients were observed fracture healing time and mean blood were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈 0.05）;clinical efficacy in patients was significantly better than the control group, the difference there was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.The incidence of adverse events compared two groups of patients;the difference was not statistically significant （P〉 0.05）.Conclusions The application of the femoral condyles of distal femoral fractures with a locking plate for treatment have a higher value, can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and improve knee function, should be promoted in clinical practice.
