乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎的优质护理干预

High quality nursing intervention in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia by using lactose azithromycin

目的探讨乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎的优质综合护理干预的效果。方法将乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎118例按照数字表法随机分为两组,对照组59例给予常规的基础护理;观察组则在对照组基础上实施优质综合护理干预,并比较两组的治疗及护理效果。结果观察组患儿的气促、发热、肺啰音和咳嗽消失时间均显著短于对照组(P均<0.05),观察组患儿干预后自我检测、饮食调理、按时用药及运动锻炼监测评分均明显的高于对照组(P均<0.05),而住院时间则短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组发生并发率1.69%明显低于对照组8.47%(P<0.05)。结论乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎的优质综合护理干预,能够有效的缩短症状消失时间与住院时间,提高治愈率与家属的治疗依从性,并促进患儿肺功能恢复。

Objective We were to investigate the effect of quality comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia by using effectlactose azithromycin.Methods 118 casesof bronchial pneumoniachildren who received thetreatmentof lactose azithromycin wererandomly divided into two groups according to digital table method, 59 cases in the control group were given routine primary care while patients in observation group quality comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control group, and treatment and nursing effects of the two groupswere compared.Results Shortness of breath, fever, pulmonary rales and cough disappeared time of the observation group were significantly shorter than that in control group （ P〈 0.05） , after the intervention the self-detection, diet, medication and exercise monitoring score in observation groupwere significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）, and the hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than the control group （P 〈 0.05）.The occurrence rate of complications in observation group （1.69%） was significantly lower than the control group （8.47%） （P〈 0.05）.Conclusions The application of quality comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the symptoms disappeared time and hospitalization time effectively, improve the compliance of treatment and cure rateand promote the recovery of lung function of children.
