规范化护理在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中的应用研究

Discussion on the application effect of standardized nursing in colon/intestinumcancer radical resection under laparoscope

目的探讨规范化护理在腹腔镜下结、直肠癌根治术中的效果。方法将我科120例行腹腔镜下结、直肠癌根治术患者随机分成规范化组、常规组,各60例,分别采用规范化护理、常规护理。结果规范化组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均优于常规组,规范化组并发症发生率3.3%显著低于常规组8.3%,各项差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下结、直肠癌根治术患者采用规范化护理,可显著提高疗效,降低并发症的发生。

Objective This article was to investigate the application effect of standardization care in colon/intestinum cancer surgery under resultslaparoscope.Methods 120 cases of colon/intestinum cancer patients who received surgery under laparoscopewere randomly divided into standardization group and conventional group, 60 cases in each group, standardized care and routine care were taken respectively.Results The operation time, blood loss and hospital stay of standardized group was better than the conventional group, complication rate of standardization group （3.3%） was significantly lower than the conventional group （8.3%）, the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusions The application of standardized care in colon/intestinum cancer patients received surgery under laparoscope can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications.
