丹香胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定

Determination of Content of Tanshinone ⅡA in Danxiang Capsule

目的 ：建立丹香胶囊质量标准。方法 ：采用反相高效液相色谱法测定处方丹参中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。结果 ：丹参酮ⅡA进样量在0.0566~0.4528μg范围内（r=0.9996）线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.83%。结论：本方法能准确地进行定量检测,且专属性强,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于丹香胶囊的质量控制。

Objective：To establish quality standards of Danxiang capsule. Method：The content of tanshinone IIA in Danxiang capsule was determined by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography（RP-HPLC）.Result：when the sample size of tanshinone IIA was in the range of 0.0566 to 0.4528 μg,the linear relationship was good. The average recovery rate was 99.83%. Conclusion：The quantitative determination made by RP-HPLC was accurate,specific,sensitive and repeatable. It can be used for the quality control of Danxiang capsule.
