摘要
20世纪90年代中后期出现的企业知识理论,揭示了无形资源对企业的存在和发展的重要作用。入世后,我国面临大规模的资产重组。如何用现代企业理论指导企业并购成为一个重要的课题。本文试图用企业知识理论解释并购后的无形资源整合问题。在界定企业无形资源及其冲突的基础上,探索了无形资源冲突的内在原因,提出了无形资源整合的模型和方法。
The enterprise knowledge theory that appeared in the 90s lateryears has explained that invisible resources play a important role inenterprises development. Joining WTO, our country is being faced withlarge-scale assets restructuring. So, how to use modern enterprise theorysteering M&As become a important topic. This article try to use enterpriseknowledge theory explaining the question of invisible resourcesconformity after M&As. It classifies invisible resources and their conflicts,explores the inherent reason of invisible resources conflicts, then putsforward a model and the methods of invisible resources conformity.
