环境经济综合核算体系及借鉴意义

A Synthetical System for Environment－ economy Accounting and Its Use for Reference

建立经济与资源环境综合核算，并以其核算的数据支持可持续发展，这是国际和国内正在研究的新课题。本文讨论了建立环境与经济综合核算体系的必要性，介绍并分析了 SEEA的特征和存在的缺陷。在此基础上，提出了在我国建立环境与经济综合核算的思路和目的，并对应注意的问题 ,即如何树立正确的资源环境价值观等几个问题进行了阐述。

Firstly,this paper discussed the necessity of establishing a synthitical system for environment－ economy accounting;then analyzed the traits and defects of the system;thirdly,pointed out the means and ends of the establishing system in China;and expounded the relevant matters needing attention as a conclusion.
