摘要
论文介绍了一种风机盘管温度控制装置,前端采用传感器采集室内的环境温度、无人状态、门和窗开启状态信号,通过控制器数据处理单元的自校正比例积分四点中心差分PID算法,控制末端直流无刷风机的运行状态以及浮点阀的开度;从而提高风机盘管的调节精度,从管理上达到节能的效果。
This paper introduces a temperature controller for fan coil. By virtue of a series of sensors, indoor status signals such as environment temperature, leaving, opening of windows or(doors, can be collected. Then due to the data processing unit of the controller based on self-correcting proportion integration and four-point differentiation algorithm, control signal can be made. Finally, the terminal parts such as direct current brushless fans and floating valve mechanisms take the signal and change their operation status. With this device, accuracy of control on a fan coil is improved, and the effect of saving energy can be obtained.
