Internet thinking is the the important practical and theoretical research in the current society and the academic circles.This paper argues that the internet thinking is the leading idea of the third industrial revolution,is the modern high-tech and creative practice of cross-border integration of new way of thinking,is the inevitable result of the paradigm shift of the revolution in science and technology.It has its own unique characteristics and mode of operation.It is the development of science and technology under the conditions of reinterpretation of the highest standards of universal connection of all social life philosophy.It indicates that a new way of thinking for the brewing and formating of the society in the future,will bring greater changes.
