胃癌急性穿孔手术治疗临床分析

Clinical analysis of surgical treatment of acute gastric perforation

目的对胃癌急性穿孔手术治疗方法及治疗效果进行探讨。方法随机选取三门峡市中心医院胃癌急性穿孔患者168例，将其分为三组，每组56例，分别为A、B、C组，A组实施单纯的胃癌穿孔修补术治疗，B组实施胃癌姑息性切除术治疗，c组实施胃癌根治性切除术治疗，对各组患者的临床治疗效果进行分析比较。结果A组患者的并发症发生率为6．9％，患者生存时间为（248．34±26．11）d；B组患者的并发症发生率为6．5％，患者生存时间为（664．64±44．32）d；C组患者的并发症发生率6．3％，患者生存时间为（938．61±95．23）d。结论对胃癌急性穿孔各种手术方法的临床疗效进行对比分析发现，根治性切除术具有较好的治疗效果，患者的生存时间明显长于其他治疗方式，值得在临床应用中推广。

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of acute gastric perforation and its effects. Methods One hundred ＇and sixty-eight patients with acute gastric perforation were divided into three groups, with 56 patients in each group. The patients in group A were given gastric perforation repair simple treatment, and the patients in group B were given palliative gastric resection, and the patients in group C were given radical resection. The clinical effects were analyzed and compared. Results The in- cidence of complications in group A was 6.9%, the survival time of the patients was （248.34 ＋26. 11 ） d.
