下肢静脉曲张管壁滋养血管密度测定的临床意义

Clincal significance of measuring vasa vasorum density in vessel wall of varicose veins of the lower extremities

摘要 目的探讨下肢大隐静脉曲张(VVLE)血管壁中滋养血管的变化。方法收集曲张大隐静脉主干上、中、下三段管壁标本。对曲张静脉25例(研究组)、正常静脉16例(对照组)行VwF免疫组织化学染色,观察滋养血管分布和测定滋养血管密度。结果研究组外膜和中膜可见滋养血管明显增多,而内膜未见到。经滋养血管密度测定,研究组滋养血管密度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);三组内上、中、下三段段间滋养血管密度比较差异未见统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论滋养血管的变化是继发于静脉管壁的缺氧,初步认为滋养血管的变化和血管重塑有关。 Objective To investigate the changes of vasa vasorum in vessel wall of varicose veins of the lower extremities. Methods Colleced upper, middle, lower three segments of the bole specimens of varicose great saphenous vein. The distribution of vasa vasorum and determination of vasa vasorum density in 25 cases of varicose veins( study group)and 16 cases of normal venous tissue( control group) were detected by VWF immunohistochemical staining. Results The increasing vasa vasorum were ob- served in the adventitia and media, but were not observed in the intima in study group. Determination of vasa vasomm density, vasa vasorum density of varicose vein group were higher than that of control group, the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; there was no significant difference in vasa vasorum density between upper, middle, lower segment(P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Changes of vasa vasorum are secondary to hypoxia of venous vessel wall, supposing that changes of vasa vasorum are related to vascular remodeling, both are cause and effect each other.
