集落刺激因子-1及白细胞介素-6调控肿瘤相关性巨噬细胞的进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年来人们认识到恶性肿瘤的生物学行为和临床特点不仅取决于肿瘤细胞自身特性,与肿瘤细胞所处的微环境也密切相关,肿瘤微环境的构成和功能变化直接影响肿瘤细胞生物学特性,最终影响疗效和预后.恶性肿瘤微环境中含有大量的肿瘤相关性巨噬细胞(TAMs)以及具有生物活性的细胞因子,如集落刺激因子-1(CSF-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及一系列趋化因子等.细胞因子可通过自分泌或旁分泌的方式释放调节细胞间信号蛋白,是微环境中调节肿瘤细胞与TAMs的“纽带”[1].CSF-1、IL-6与TAMs的关系以及其促肿瘤侵袭转移的可能机制如下所述.
