自然资源禀赋、产业结构演进与经济增长——以内蒙古为例

Resources Endowment,Evolution of Industrial Structure and Economic Growth: With Inner Mongolia as an Example

21世纪初,国家进入以能源重化工产业发展为主的发展阶段,内蒙古正是抓住这一发展机遇,经济发展曾保持了十多年的超高速增长。但是由于经济危机的影响以及大量开采自然资源,使得产业结构长期停留在初级阶段,导致内蒙古经济在2012年出现大幅下滑。通过对内蒙古资源禀赋和经济增长的现状以及产业结构演进对经济增长的关系得出产业结构调整对经济增长有重要作用,内蒙古应该优先发展制造业的结论,并对内蒙古当前资源依赖型经济在产业结构优化与升级方面提出相关的政策建议。

At the beginning of the 21 st century,China give priority to the development of heavy chemical industry. Inner Mongolia seize this opportunity,had received a high-speed economic growth for more than ten years. But because of the influence of the economic crisis and a large number of exploitation of natural resources,The state face a problem of stay in the primary stage of industrial structure in a long time and the speed of economy growth fell sharply in 2012. under the perspective of industrial structure evolution,by studying the current situation of resources endowment and economic growth,as well as the relations between the evolution of industrial structure on economic growth,this article concluded that the industrial structure adjustment has an important effect on economic growth,and it is important to develop manufacturing industry in Inner Mongolia. In the end,we give some relevant policy suggestions about The Inner Mongolia＇s industrial structure upgrade.
