摘要
汽车租赁是一种分部网络化、客户需求不确定和短期供给不确定的服务,针对转运费最小、转运费与短缺费之和最小、总利润最大情况下的汽车租赁最优调度方案问题[1],综合分析四周内各代理点每天的汽车需求量、不同代理点之间的转运成本等数据,运用Matlab7.0、Lingo等软件,求出了三种目标下的最优调度方案;考虑到汽车短缺造成的损失,给出了使得公司年度利润最大化的最优购车方案.
The car rent service is a kind of field where services are provided through network with uncertainty of both demand of customers and short - term supply of car rent service. In the light of the minimum transfer cost, the sum of transport costs and shortage costs, maximum total profit, not only do we analyse the everyday auto de- mand of the agency points, but also we analyse the transfer cost between different agent point. With the help of Matlab7.0, Lingo , we solve the optimal scheduling scheme under the three kinds of target. Considering the loss made of car shortage, we calculate the optimal scheme to purchase cars to ensure the company annual profit maxi- mization.
