摘要 设计进度控制是核电项目进度控制的关键环节,设计过程与项目实施过程相互关联,错综复杂,进度控制难度大。三门核电项目在复杂的合同关系和多层次的管理体系下,建立了分级进度管理体系,全面对项目进度进行控制。文章描述了三门核电项目设计进度管理的基本框架和协调机制,重点对建设过程中形成的有项目特点的设计进度管理手段和协调管理机制进行了回顾和分析,旨在通过总结经验,对后续机组建设提出管理建议,为进度管理机制改进和完善提供借鉴。 Engineering schedule is the most important part of nuclear plant schedule control. Engineering work is keeping deeply associated with the project construction, and lead to the difficulty of engineering schedule control. Based on the project contract scope and hierarchy management scheme, Sanmen established the hierarchy schedule management mechanism. This article briefly describes the basic scheme of Sanmen engineering schedule management and coordination. To face and resolve problems during the project construction, a series of effective engineering schedule control tool and measures were created. The paper is to summarize the management experience, and propose some advises, which can be used for the follow up plant construction.
