摘要
以心理资本理论为基础,从心理资本视角分析高校贫困大学生心理健康指标体系构成,对比高校大学生传统心理健康教育与心理资本理论指导下的大学生心理健康教育,提出从改善贫困生贫困认知水平、提高自我效能感,丰富贫困生心理健康教育内容、培育积极的心理愿景,加强贫困生乐观主义教育、大力培育贫困生改变贫困的能力,提高贫困生抗挫心理阈限、培育贫困生"坚韧"品质四个方面建构高校贫困大学生心理健康教育体系。
Based on the theory of psychological capital to analyse psychological health index system of the poor college studentsfrom the perspective of psychological capital, and compare mental health education under the guidance of psychological capitaltheory with the traditional one. This paper puts forward the construction of the mental health education system for poorstudents in colleges from four aspects such as to improve poor students cognition level of poverty, and improve their self-effi-cacy,to rich poor studentsr psychological education content, and cultivate their positive mental vision,to strengthen the educa-tion of poor students of optimism, and cultivate their ability to change the poverty, to improve poor studentrs resistance to frus-tration threshold, and cultivate their tough quality.
