摘要
加强民族地区医学院校教师的专业发展,通过利用学习共同体的形式加强基础医学教师与临床医学教师在教育教学和专业发展上的沟通与合作。对广西四所高等医学院校教师发放调查问卷,了解教师对于学习共同体的知晓率及通过学习共同体加强专业发展的真实想法,为建立有效的学习共同体组织提供教学管理政策建议。
To enhance the professional development of medical university teachers in minority areas, strengmen tne communication and cooperation of education and teaching and professional development of foundation medicine and clinical medicine teachers. Teachers from 4 high medical universities were given questionnaire, to understand the real thought of teachers about learning community and improving professional development, provided teaching management policy suggestion for establishing the effective learning community organization.
