广西高职院校基本办学条件实证分析

Empirical Analysis on Basic Running Conditions of Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangxi

以广西高职院校人才培养工作状态数据采集平台为研究数据,利用相关分析和差异检验对广西高职院校的基本办学条件情况进行了分析。结果表明,广西高职院校的办学条件规模值与学校举办时间呈显著正相关,但除教师学位结构和职称结构以外,其他生均办学条件与举办时间未呈现明显相关性;自治区级以上示范性(骨干)高职院校与一般高职院校的生均办学条件呈现倒挂现象;广西民办高职院校的生均基本办学条件与公办高职院校总体上无明显差异。

Using correlation analysis and difference test, the basic running conditions of Guangxi higher vocational colleges are analyzed according to the data collection platforms for working status of personnel cultivation and education. The results show that the scale of running conditions and the holding time are significantly positive correlation in Guangxi vocational colleges. But in addition to the teacher＇s degree structure and professional title structure, other basic running conditions and the holding time are not significantly positive correlation;The average basic running conditions appear upside-down phenomenon between the national or provincial demonstrative higher vocational colleges and general higher vocational colleges in overall There are no significant differences between the average basic running conditions of private higher vocational colleges and public higher vocational colleges.
