就目前计算机岗位需求的持续增长与计算机专业毕业生就业难这对同时存在的问题展开论述,通过对部分计算机专业毕业生进行调查以及对就业工作的情况进行研究,通过对就业的客观环境因素、就业的主观个人因素进行分析,分析计算机专业的学生在就业过程中的经验教训以及成败得失,从而提出提高高校计算机专业毕业生就业率和就业质量的对策及建议,为高校计算机专业建设和就业指导工作提供相应参考。

With the increase in population, employment has become a hot spot in the modern society. How about the employment trend towards computer professional graduates with the rapid development of computer technology？ In this paper, there is a discussion about the exiting problems between the growing demand for computer post and the difficulty in computer professional graduates＇ employment . We did a survey about the partial computer professional graduates and the research about the employment situation, and we also made a analysis of the objective environment factors as well as the subjective personal factors on employment. Meanwhile,we analyzed the gains and loss of the computer professional students in the process of seeking a job. Through the above researches and analyses, we put forward suggestions and solutions so as to improve the employment rate and the quality of the college computer professional graduates. And they can provide corresponding reference for the college comput- er professional construction and employment guidance work as well.
