摘要
本文以荥阳文冠果种仁为实验原料,对其营养成分进行了分析测定及评价。结果表明:文冠果种仁中粗蛋白含量为24.93%,氨基酸含量丰富、种类齐全;粗脂肪含量高达58.37%,其中亚油酸含量达43.30%,油酸含量为34.26%,不饱和脂肪酸含量高酸值小,是我国稀有的木本油料作物,开发前景广阔。
In this paper,the Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seed cultivated in Xingyang city as experimental material was to determine and evaluate its compositions. The results showed that the Xanthoce sorbifolia Bunge seed contained crude protein 29. 23%,the essential amino acid was complete,and crude fat above 59. 80% in which linoleic acid is as high as 51. 79% and oleic acid is 24. 44%,having high content of unsaturated fatty acid and low acid value,which is China's rare woody oil crops and has the broad development prospects.
