摘要
铁路运输货物特别是危险货物的品类及数量的增加,给铁路运输安全带来了新的考验。为保证危险货物的运输安全,需要对此类货物运输的各个环节进行把控。管理人员亦需要对危险货物的运输安全有一个直观的评估。本文通过建立切合危险货物运输过程的评价体系,运用灰色理论与模糊数学相结合的综合评价方法,以期取得最客观的评价结果。
The increasing shipment of dangerous goods has brought new challenges to the safety of railway transportation. In order to ensure the transportation safety of dangerous goods,every aspect in transit should be carefully controlled and a sound evaluation system is needed. Combined the grey theory with fuzzy mathematics,this paper sets up a comprehensive evaluation system,hoping to achieve the most objective results.
