摘要
学习倦怠对学生的学习和身心健康有消极影响。为了消除学习倦怠现象,本研究抽取了我院机车车辆学院部分学生作为研究对象,通过问卷调查和访谈的方法,调查学习倦怠的心理因素,并提出正确归因、提高自我效能感等干预对策来促使学生乐于学习、有效学习。
Learning bornout has negative effects on students' learning and their physical and mental health. In order to remove the phenomenon of students' learning bornout,some students in School of Vehicle Engineering were randomly chosen to take part in the research,and methods of interview and questionare survey were used. This research aims to find out the psychological factors that interfere students' learning bornout,and also tries to put forword some solutions such as correct attibution,improving self- efficacy to help students study happily and effectively.
