A Research on Aerobics Teaching to Enhance Students' Aesthetic Expressive Force in Colleges

健美操教学在高校体育及美育中占有重要位置,增强学生的美感表现力,已经成为提高健美操教学效果与教学质量所不容忽视的问题。本文从健美操教学实践出发,对学生美感表现力的影响因素进行了分析和探讨,并提出对策,希望能促进高校健美操教学质量的进一步提高。

With rapid development of education,physical education in colleges and universities also has higher requirements. Among them,heighten the aesthetic perception of the aerobics teaching has become a factor for valuing aerobics teaching effect and teaching quality in colleges and universities. This article has analyzed some elements in aerobics teaching practice,the influence on student ＇s aesthetic expression in aerobics training and put forward strategies and suggestions,hoping to promote further improvement of the aerobics teaching.
