摘要
以安徽省霍山县名茶霍山黄芽实地调查为依据,对当今霍山黄芽的传统工艺的现状进行了考察,分析了霍山黄芽传统工艺逐渐缺失的原因,在此基础上,对霍山黄芽传统工艺的保护、传承与发展提出了针对性的对策建议。
Based on the field survey of Anhui Huoshan Mount Huangya Tea, this paper investigated the current situation of the traditional process of Huoshan Mount Huangya Tea and analyzed the reason for the withering of this traditional process. Moreover, specific countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to protect, inherit and develop the traditional technology of Huoshan Mount Huangya Tea.
