Path Methods Exploration of Industrial Transformation and Upgrading with Jiangshan Green Peony Tea

对江山绿牡丹茶产业转型升级进行了定位,提出绿牡丹茶产业应当依托农业园区,立足基地建设、提升加工、品质提升、市场建设、品牌建设、主体培育等六大路径,促进绿牡丹茶产业转型升级。同时提出保障绿牡丹茶产业转型升级的方法是完善政策和强化科技支撑。

This paper, by investigating the orientation of the transformation and upgrading of Jiangshan Green Peony Tea industry, put forward that the Green Peony Tea industry should rely on agricultural park. The methods of promoting and upgrading Green Peony Tea industry transformation were based on six paths including the base construction, process improving, quality improving, market construction, brand building and cultivation of the industrial subject. Meanwhile, the methods, which were proposed to guarantee the transformation and upgrading of Green Peony Tea industry, was to improve the policy and strengthen the support of science and technology.
