近年来,各地反映服务纠纷的信访件逐年增加,在这类信访件占到银行业全部信访件的四成,并呈逐年递增的趋势,部分信访人还积极通过电视台、报刊、网络等媒体来扩大舆情,主张权利,容易引发银行的声誉风险。防范银行声誉风险,应从提高认识、优化服务、加强培养、加强研判及加强沟通入手。
