摘要
本文介绍Kumaravadivelu"现实主义"文化教学观。"现实主义"文化教学观是在全球化的背景下、以及对英语二语文化教学观总结的基础上提出的。"现实主义"文化教学观主张立足于本土文化,以开放的心态学习其他文化,最终目标是促成学生的文化成长,发展全球文化意识。文章对这种教学观进行了评析,并探讨了其对汉语国际教育的启示。
This paper introduces Kumaravadivelu's "cultural realism"conception of teaching. "Cultural realism"was put forward in the context of globalization and based on the summary of cultural conceptions in TESOL. "Cultural realism"advocates that L2 learners should be rooted to local culture,and open to foreign cultures. The primary goal of teaching is cultural growth and developing students global cultural awareness. At last,we discuss the enlightenment of this conception to Chinese International Education.
