摘要
以马钢CSP生产线七机架四辊CVC轧机中的F4机架为研究对象,用有限元模拟方法,通过参数化编程,对影响机械板凸度的辊系变形进行了有限元求解,得到了工作辊和支撑辊之间应力分布状态,以及辊间压扁变形和工作辊压扁量对机械板凸度的影响规律,并通过工程实例验证了机械板凸度计算结果的有效性。所建模型与计算结果对板形理论研究和工程实践具有参考价值。
Taking F4 stand of seven‐stand four‐high CVC rolling mill in CSP line of Maan‐shan Iron and Steel Co .Ltd as objective with actual engineering background ,the rolls elastic deformation affecting mechanical crown was exactly solved by using finite ele‐ment (FE) simulation method combined with parametric programming .The stress distribution between work roll and backup roll and the influence rules of rolls intermediate deformation value and work roll flattening value on mechanical crown were obtained , and the validity of the calculation results of mechanical crown was verified through project cases .The model and the calculated re‐sults offer actual reference value for strip shape theoretical investigation and engineering practice .
