中国马铃薯产业现状与前景

Status Quo and Prospect of China's Potato Industry

马铃薯是保障中国粮食安全的重要粮食作物,也是农民脱贫增收的重要产业,未来将逐渐成为中国继玉米、水稻、小麦之后的第四大主粮作物。从生产、消费、贸易等方面阐述当前中国马铃薯产业发展的现状与特点,分析了中国马铃薯产业发展前景与主要制约因素。同时建议,未来中国马铃薯产业的持续健康发展,应着重于保持产需平衡、调整产业结构、加大机械推广应用以及提高产业化组织程度等方面。

Potato is an important food crop to ensure China＇s food security and make farmers out of poverty to get rich, and it will gradually become the fourth staple crop after maize, rice and wheat in China in the future. This paper illustrated the characteristics of China＇s potato industry from the aspects of production,consumption and trade. The prospect and main restraining factors of China＇s potato industry deveolpment were analyzed. Meanwhile the authors suggested that China＇s potato industry should focus on remaining balance of production and demand, adjusting industrial structure, enlarging promotion and application of agricultural machinery, and raising organization of industrialization and so on to develop healthily and continuously in the future.
