摘要
为提高发电厂低压厂用电源切换的成功率,并为因相角差和残压可能引起的危害提供完善的继电保护,除了电源切换的选择应满足相关标准规定外,切换逻辑以及继电保护的配置和设定均需相应配合。通过具体的计算,分析了不同系统参数对设备的影响,给出了继电保护的设定参数调整,切换逻辑配合的一般方法。
Codes and standards should be fulfilled in change-over selection of LV power supply system for power plant,while logic and relay protection configuration and setting should also be coordinated,to enhance the success rate of changer-over and perfect the protection regarding the harmful influence of phase-angle difference and residual voltage to equipment.General method was described in analyzing different system parameter influence to equipment, setting data regulation of relay protection and changer-over logic coordination via detailed calculation was presented.
