摘要
目的识别、确定供水系统调整工程存在的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,对职业病危害防护措施及其效果分析,为相关行政部门审批提供科学依据。方法采用劳动卫生现场调查、检测检验法、检查表法相结合的方法进行定性和定量评价。结果水的消毒过程中加氯(0.05-0.17mg/m3)、加氯机在加氯及氯气吸收装置在运行过程中产生的机械性噪声50-55[d B(A)],均未超过规定的职业接触限值。结论通过竣工验收,由于氯气的存在,该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目。
Objective Identify and determine the factors of occupational disease hazards existing in the project of adjusting the water supply system,evaluate the hazard degree of occupation diseases and their effect on the health of workers,analyze the protective measures of occupational disease hazard and their effect,so as to provide a scientific basis for examination and approval of the relevant administrative departments. Methods conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluation by combining methods of on-site investigation on labor hygiene,detection and test together with check list method. Results the chlorination process of water( 0. 05 - 0. 17 mg / m3) and mechanical noise chlorinator in chlorine and chlorine absorption device during operation 50 - 55[d B( A) ],both did not exceed the limit of the specified occupational exposure. Conclusion through the completion of acceptance,due to the existence of chlorine,the project belongs to these which can cause seriously harmful occupational diseases.
