高职医学生教育管理难点与对策思考

Management Difficulties and Tactics Reflection on Education of Higher Vocational Medical Students

加强高职医学生教育管理是医疗卫生事业健康发展、构建和谐医患关系和实现高职医学生可持续发展的需要,高职医学生教育管理面临学生入学基础薄弱,生源素质参差不齐,学生自我约束力不强,学习动力不足,学习专业倾向明显等难点。提高高职医学生素质应实行目标引导,发挥"三自"作用;严格学生管理,营造良好学习氛围;加强文化建设,拓展高职医学生人文素质提升空间。

The reinforcement of education and management of higher vocational medical students is the need of the healthy development of medical and health undertakings,the construction of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and the realization of sustainable development of medical students in vocational colleges. However,the education and management of higher vocational medical students are facing difficulties such as poor foundation,lack of learning motivation,uneven qualities,poor self- discipline,obvious tendency on major choices of the students etc. Goal guidance should be implemented to improve the quality of medical students in vocational colleges and the ＂three self＂played a role; strict management on students and creation of a supportive learning atmosphere; reinforcement of cultural construction and expansion of room for improvement on humanities quality of vocational medical students.
