摘要
建立气相色谱法测定瑞克卫瑞消毒液中桂皮醛和丁香酚的含量。采用SE-30毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm);载气:N2;FID检测器;检测器温度240℃,进样口温度220℃,分流比10∶1,程序升温。采用气相色谱法测定瑞克卫瑞消毒液中桂皮醛和丁香酚的含量,桂皮醛在0.070-0.242 mg·mL^-1范围内,呈良好的线性关系(R^2=0.999 1),平均回收率为98.93%;丁香酚在0.230-0.761 mg·mL^-1范围内,呈良好的线性关系(R^2=0.999 6),平均回收率为99.58%。所建立的气相色谱法,方便易行,重复性好,可以对瑞克卫瑞消毒液桂皮醛和丁香酚的含量进行测定。
Establishing GC method to determine cinnamaldehyde and eugenol in Ruikeweirui disinfectant fluid. SE-30(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm) capillary column was used with nitrogen as carrier gas and FID as detector. The column temperature rise programming with split ratio of 10: 1. The detector temperature was 240℃ and the sample injection temperature was 220℃. The linear range of the content of cinnamaldehyde and euge- nol in Ruikeweirui disinfectant fluid by GC method was 0. 070 - 0. 242 mg·mL^-1 ( R^2 = 0. 999 1 ) and 0. 230 - 0. 661 mg·mL^-1( R^2 = 0. 999 6), respectively,which showed good linearity, and the average recovery was 98.93% and 99.58%, respectively. The methods is convenient, reliable and reproducible so that it can be used to determine cinnamaldehyde and eugenol in Ruikeweirui disinfectant fluid.
