类球冠型连体建筑的室外风环境模拟与最优设计研究

摘要 不规则建筑的风环境品质,将直接影响室内自然通风及地面行人的舒适与安全。以某一类球冠型连体建筑为例,对其室外风环境进行了详细的数值模拟计算与方案优化设计分析。引入风向方位角的新概念,结合本地常年气象统计资料,进行了室外风环境的优化设计数值模拟研究,详细比较和分析了建筑表面风压分布及人行区风环境的舒适度,得出连体建筑间距及布局设计对此类建筑室外风环境影响的耦合关系。分析发现此类连体建筑在间距7.5m、风向方位角范围为75°~130°时为最佳设计方案,室外风环境的研究也为此类建筑形式的规划建设及建筑室内通风效果、节能潜力的预测提供了科学依据。 Irregular building wind environment quality will directly affect indoor natural ventilation and ground pedestrian comfort and safety. Based on one type of spherical cap type conjoined buildings as an example, the outdoor wind environment has carried on the detailed analysis of the numerical simulation and optimization design. Introducing the new concept of wind azimuth, the numerical simulation study for the optimization design of the outdoor wind environment with the local perennial meteorological statistical data, and detailed comparisons of the building surface wind pressure distribution and the pedestrian zone for the wind environment of comfort were made. We summed up the conjoined building spacing and layout design of such building outdoor wind environment impact of coupling relationship. After analysis found. We studied the conjoined buildings in the spacing of 7.5 m,the wind azimuth range for 75°~ 130° is the best layout design. Outdoor wind environment research also provide guidance and optimizing methods to the residential buildings layout for the planning and the scientific prediction of indoor ventilation and energy saving.
