摘要
全科医师在参加规范化培训期间,学习如何诊疗疾病,提高基本知识技能之外,要学习与患者沟通的技巧,注重医患沟通能力的培养,通过恰当良好的沟通达到防范医疗纠纷发生的目的。医患之间良好沟通的基础是医师有爱心,有足够的耐心,同时有强烈的责任心。在医师面对患者开始,如何沟通就成为摆在医师和患者之间的最大问题。只有顺畅、恰当的沟通才能为诊疗过程奠定良好的基石,才能很好的防范医疗纠纷的发生。
During standardized training general practitioners can learn diagnosis and treatment of diseases and improve the basic knowledge and skills. Also they should learn communication skills with patients and focus on the doctor-patient communication skills training to achieve the purpose of prevention of medical malpractice through proper good communication. Foundation of good communication between doctors and patients are physicians caring, having enough patience, and strong sense of responsibility. How to communicate with each other become the biggest question facing between physicians and patients. Only smooth, proper communication can lay a good foundation for the treatment process and can be prevent medical malpractice.
