目的随着显微外科专业在我国的蓬勃发展,国内不同等级的医疗机构必须对不同层次的整形美容外科医生进行正规培训。方法为了提高教学效果我们采用了多种形式加强学生教育,开展对学生有针对性的团队化显微外科教学模式。结果我们教学模式能够培养学生的显微外科协作精神。结论对团队教学模式的运行模式进行分析,希望能对其它医疗教学机构提供参考。

Objective With the development of microsurgery in China, different levels of medical departments are required to train different levels of plastic surgeon. Methods To achieve excellent teaching results and reinforce the education of the students.we develop various kinds of teaching mode. Results The teaching mode seems to be with excellent results for raising the cooperative spirit between. Conclusion We analyses the mode about the TBL mode, we hope our experience could supply reference for other medical department.
