摘要
医院人力资源管理的本身就是通过人才的循环、管理与利用,实现医院可持续发展的基础。当医院发展到一定规模程度,管理浮于表面时,如何能够切实贯彻管理方的理念,如何做到管理精髓细致入微,如何实现环环相扣、生生不息的医院管理文化,从而在瞬息万变的社会竞争中不断发展、壮大,"鱼骨图"与"戴明环"已经成为医院人力资源管理实现未来医院人才战略的重要工具。
Hospital human resource management itself is the management that through the circulation, management and use of talents, and the foundation for achieving sustainable development of hospital. When the hospital develops into a certain scale, management becomes surface forms. Therefore, how to effectively carry on the management idea of managers, how to make the essence of the management penetrate into the details, and how to put the closely linked and endless hospital management culture into reality, thus make hospital developing and growing constantly in the changing social competition, "Ishikawa" and "PDCA" have become important tools for hospital human resource management to realize the strategy of future hospital talent.
