对比微创与开颅手术在脑出血治疗的安全性

Compared With Surgical Operation for Minimally Invasive in the Safety of the Cerebral Hemorrhage Treatment

目的对比微创与开颅手术在脑出血治疗的安全性。方法随机抽取2013年8月~2014年8月我院收治的脑出血患者36例作为微创组,给予其微创手术治疗;选取同期收治的36例作为开颅组,给予其开颅手术治疗,对比分析两组治疗的安全性。结果治疗后,微创组临床总有效率与开颅组比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）;但微创组手术时间、术中出血量及住院天数等,与开颅组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论微创与开颅手术治疗脑出血的效果较为确切,但前者的安全性更高,更有利于术后患者的康复。

Objective Comparison with surgical operation for minimally invasive in the safety of the cerebral hemorrhage treatment. Methods Randomly in August 2013 to August 2014 of our hospital in 36 patients with cerebral hemorrhage as minimally invasive group, given the minimally invasive surgery treatment, Selection of 36 patients admitted in the same period as craniotomy group, given the surgical operation treatment, analysis of the safety of the two groups of treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical total effective and minimally invasive group craniotomy group was no significant difference（P〉0.05）, But minimally invasive operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization days, compared with craniotomy group difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effects of cerebral hemorrhage with surgical operation for minimally invasive treatment is more precise, but the security of the former is higher, more conducive to patients with postoperative rehabilitation, worthy of further popularization and application.
