摘要
目的了解四川藏区糖尿病患者的卫生服务需求现状。方法使用一般资料问卷,糖尿病患者卫生服务需求问卷进行调查,选择马尔康地区县城内,卓克基镇,松岗镇的糖尿病患者130例进行测评。结果糖尿病患者卫生服务需求较高,社区卫生服务管理水平较差。结论加强社区医院对糖尿病患者干预管理能力,才能有效提高患者自护能力及生存质量。
Objective To understand health service demand status quo of sichuan Tibetan diabetic patients. Methods Using general data questionnaire, diabetes health service demand questionnaire survey, choose omar kham area county, the city Zhuo Ke Ji town, songgang town of 102 patients with diabetes. Results Diabetes health services demand is higher, poor community health service management level. Conclusion To strengthen the community hospital intervention in patients with diabetes management ability, can effectively improve patients self care ability and quality of life.
