摘要
本文从LR公司软实力的培养和提升出发,选取公司文化认同感、公司形象、公司自主品牌竞争力、公司技术研发力、公司战略思想、公司国际化程度和公司服务能力七个方面的34个评价指标出发,设置一个分层的、可操作性强的评价体系。通过运用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)、模糊数学中的综合评判方法等思想,对LR公司软实力进行综合评价,从一系列指标分析它的优势与劣势并给出应对策略,为LR公司发现其存在的问题与调整其决策方案提供可参考的依据。
From the training and upgrading of LR company's soft power, this article selects 34 evaluation indicators of seven aspects including cultural identity, corporate image, company's independent brand competitiveness, company's technology research and development strength, company's strategic thinking, the degree of internationalization of the company and the company's services capabilities, and sets a layered evaluation system with strong operability. Through the use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), comprehensive evaluation method in fuzzy math for the comprehensive evaluation of the LR company's soft power, this article analyzes the strengths and weaknesses from a range of indicators and gives coping strategies to provide reference for LR company to find problems and adjust their decision-making program.
