摘要
流量仪表在实现石油能源计量过程自动化中发挥了巨大作用,是一系列能源计量装置及仪表中的重要组成部分。本次研究的主要目的在于对石油行业进行流量仪表合理选用的方法进行探讨,以便为相关从业人员的工作提供参考。通过对流量仪表的种类特性、工作原理、选型原则、影响因素进行介绍,并结合具体事例应用情况,总结仪表选型步骤。研究结果显示流量仪表在石油行业的合理选型,有利于资金投入的节约、工作效率以及测量精度的提升,对于应用实践工作具有较强的指导意义。
The flow meter plays a huge role in the realization of oil energy metering process automation, and is an important part of energy metering device and instrument. The main purpose of this study is to discuss the reasonable selection method of flow meter in oil industry, in order to provide a reference for relevant personnel. Based on the introduction of the species characteristics, working principle, type selection principle and influencing factors of flow meter, and combined with specific application examples, the meter selection steps are summarized. Research results show that reasonable selection of flow meter in the oil industry is conducive to capital investment savings, improvement of work efficiency and accuracy of measurement, and has strong guiding significance for the application practice.
